We save essentially the most susceptible animals from our region’s euthanasia shelters, giving all of them the medical care, nourishment, coaching, socialization, TLC, and time they want until we find them forever households. We manage unclaimed animals through adoption, sale, or humane euthanasia. We rely on our foster houses to help us save lives every day. Day by day dogs and cats in the Yakima Valley die from neglect, homelessness, or are euthanized in shelters. The cottages provide indoor and outdoor space, and whereas every dog lives separately, shelter employees give the dogs time to socialize, too.
